New Video Highlights Community Involvement

A new video just released by Fairfax Futures highlights the role of communities in preparing children for success in school. The Neighborhood School Readiness Project was launched as a partnership between Fairfax Futures, Fairfax County Office for Children and Fairfax County Public Schools to help ensure young children's smooth transition to kindergarten. Leaders from business, government, schools, early care and education and community organizations explain why school readiness is so important and how the Neighborhood School Readiness Project is making a difference in Fairfax County.
