FAIRFAX FUTURES WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBER – DR. BERNADETTE COSTELLO

Fairfax Futures is delighted to welcome Dr. Bernadette Costello to its Board of Directors. Dr. Costello brings more than 25 years of rich leadership and dynamic coaching expertise in the education sector. She currently serves as the Managing Partner for BCC Consulting and is also an adjunct faculty member in the George Mason University’s School of Business, Integrated Studies, and Schar School of Policy and Government. 

Dr. Costello is certified in several assessment tools which include Myers Briggs, DiSC, EQi, and Appreciation in the Workplace MBA. She received a Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Illinois University, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a doctorate in Higher Education from George Mason University. She is a PCC certified coach, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
